FREE Standard Shipping on Domestic Orders of $200 or More!

All orders from TungstenCrazy.com are shipped via  FedEx or USPS. Shipments are fully insured, packed and checked by two jewelers before shipped to you. A signature is required upon arrival. Delivery is usually 1-6 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Contact us for next day air or Saturday delivery options. Standard shipping is $12.00. Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $200.00. For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We are required to add 6.5% sales tax to all Utah State shipments.

In the rare event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted with an option to cancel your order.

We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however accidents do occur. Do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping box. If there appears to be shipping damage 1) immediately contact your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS for a Damage Inspection report and 2) request that UPS, FedEx, or USPS return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Claims for damaged goods or packaging should be reported to us within five business days of delivery.

All orders shipped from TungstenCrazy.com are packaged in a beautiful jewelry pouch.

If you'd like to cancel or change your order for any reason, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to cancel your order, but please remember that our order-fulfillment system has orders shipped out to customers quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we not be able to or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, you can always return it to us according to our return policy.

International Shipping

International orders are always welcome, but may take longer for delivery. Due to overseas postal services, international shipping is not available in every country. International shipping is $75.00. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all customs, import duties, VAT, and taxes. If there are any additional fees, we will contact you prior to shipping with an option of canceling the order. We accept international money orders in US funds and wire payments as well. Contact us for more information. We are unable to accept international credit cards at this time. We do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia and Pakistan. Please note that TungstenCrazy.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we do not ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.

Perfect Fit Policy

Our 30-day Perfect Fit Policy assures the correct initial ring size for our customers. If an exchange is needed, we are more than happy to help. We only ask that you pay a nominal shipping and processing fee. Our Lifetime Sizing program will insure that your tungsten carbide ring will forever fit comfortably. Keep a copy of your invoice in a safe location. Then relax, knowing that no matter how much your finger size changes over time, we will provide you with a perfect fitting ring.

Exchange or Returns

Within the first 30 days of your receipt of the product, you may exchange/return for a shipping/handling cost of $20.00. This covers the cleaning and inspection of the original ring, and the cost of shipping the new ring back to you. To exchange a ring, please follow the instructions included within the shipment. For this policy, the ring must be in new condition.

 Custom Rings

Custom-made rings are still warranted and are immediately covered under our Lifetime Replacement policy. All custom ring exchanges, or 30-day refund, will be offered for only 25% of the purchase price. Standard domestic or international shipping and handling rates will apply.
